We meet once a month on the last Thursday of each month.   In the event of a holiday, we will meet on the prior Thursday.  A calendar of upcoming meetings can be found here.  We do not meet in July or December.

Meeting Location
Why do you meet at Jobing.com and not the Microsoft office?Use SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).
Jobing.com and Microsoft have both been tremendous supporters of the AZSPG.  Both are located centrally to many parts of Phoenix.  However, in an effort to keep costs to a minimum for our members, Jobing.com provides free parking a larger meeting space to accomodate more members.

At this time we don't require RSVP or registration for our monthly meetings.  We have meeting space to accomadate approximately 70-80 members comfortably. 
 
If you'd like to receive our monthly invite mailer please submit your information to our Monthly Meeting Reminder form.

We typically offer 3 sessions per meeting. 
 
The first session covers community and group news including upcoming events and conferences. 
The 2 additional sessions will dive into specific topics that are of interest to our members.  Based on availability of speakers, we will typically have a developer focused session and an infrastructure/operational session. 
 
We also try to focus on specific solutions that have been implemented on MOSS to share with others in the community. 
 
We also coach our sponsors to stay away from marketing and sales focused presentations in order to bring the most important content to our members withouth the fluff.

We meet from 4:30pm - 6:30pm.  We encourage our members to arrive by 4:15 in order find a seat and grab a drink.

Jobing.com does provide guest wireless connectivity.  However, we do discourage our members from bringing laptops to the meetings unless specifically doe taking notes.  We have also found the wireless
SSID to change from time to time so we do not rely on having it available.

You can email info@azsharepointpros.com to volunteer for a speaking slot.  Please include a topic description, your name and contact information.
